Emmanuel Adewole Babalola, PhD, serves as the Program & Technical Director at Tatafo FM, providing strategic leadership across digital infrastructure, broadcast operations, and program delivery. He led the end-to-end design and deployment of the TatafoFM.com platform, established the online radio station architecture, and implemented the technical systems enabling seamless live and remote broadcasting. In addition, he developed and standardized presenter workflows, onboarded and technically configured on-air talent, and enabled fully remote operations to support distributed broadcasting across locations. His work integrates media technology, instructional design, and systems thinking to ensure operational reliability, scalability, and a consistent, high-quality listener experience. Emmanuel’s leadership reflects a commitment to innovation, technical excellence, and sustainable digital media operations.
